Policy Recommendations to Improve U.S. Health Care

Patient costs for medicines, equipment and supplies should reflect all discounts and rebates negotiated or mandated across the supply chain, just like other health care products and services. National level rebate reform is a critical step to help patients afford their medicines and confront perverse financial incentives in the current system.
